Center Enamel is proud to have successfully completed the provision of Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS) tanks for the Coca-Cola Wastewater Treatment Plant in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Project Highlights
Sludge Treatment: The project features anaerobic and aerobic sludge tanks, with volumes of 119m³ and 82m³ respectively. These tanks are critical for breaking down and processing the sludge generated during the treatment of wastewater.
Wastewater Conditioning and Post Aeration: The conditioning tank (422m³) and post aeration tank (412m³) ensure that the wastewater is properly treated before it is released or reused. This is an essential part of maintaining high-quality effluent standards.
Anaerobic Reactor: The anaerobic reactor, with a capacity of 1051m³, is the heart of the wastewater treatment process. It helps in breaking down organic matter in the absence of oxygen, significantly reducing waste volume and producing biogas as a byproduct.
Efficient Sewage Storage: The sewage storage tank (323m³) provides an effective solution for holding untreated wastewater before it enters the treatment process.
