In 2005, Center Enamel successfully mastered the production and installation technology of a complete set of GFSbolted tanks and became the first production base of GFSbolted tanks in China and the birthplace of double-sided enameled hot-rolled steel plates in China.

Since its establishment in 1989, Center Enamel entered the environmental protection industry in early 2000 with the firm belief that innovation is the soul. Under the background of vigorous development of the environmental protection industry, in the face of the lag and limitation of the development of assembled storage equipment in China, Center Enamel, relying on profound enamel technology, set up a special technology research and development department and team, determined to start the research and development journey of GFS bolted tanks. After years of innovation and development, Center Enamel has made many significant achievements in various technologies and designs and has become a leader in the global bolted storage tanks industry.

In 2009, the food-grade acid-re-sistant AA titanium white enamel frit was developed for drinking water enamel storage tanks at home and abroad.

In 2014, it took the lead in reaching AWWA D103 design standards and safety specifications and successfully introduced China-bolted tanks to the US market, radiating all over the world.

In 2016, we cooperated with famous steel mills to develop a high-strength hot-rolled enamel special steel plate, which made the volume of a single tank reach 20,000 cubic meters, breaking through the design volume bottleneck of a single GFS bolted tank.

In 2018, it reached the European design specification ISO/EN28765 for the GFS bolted tank, which met the requirements of exporting to the European Union.

From 2018 to 2019, the formula for double-sided primary enamel frit for hot-rolled steel plates was developed.

From 2019-2023, the enamel steel plate was developed and upgraded again, so that the quality of the enamel steel plate has been more stable during production and installation.

In 2022, it successfully developed high-end environmental protection equipment such as Fusion Bonded Epoxy tanks and became the first batch of Fusion Bonded Epoxy tank production bases in China.

From 2022-2023, the special base enamel frit and top enamel frit for plates with thickness of 16-20mm were developed to avoid the defects of burnt base coating and line pattern of sur-face coating

In 2023, aluminum dome roofs with a diameter of 72m were designed produced, and exported to foreign countries.

In 2023, we obtained CE certification and studied Eurocode.NEN-EN-IS0 14122 and other specifications to ensure that our products meet the stringent standards of the international market.
