1. Ukuzivikela Okuthuthukisiwe Kwe-Biochemical kanye Nokunemba Kokudubula

2. Ukubopha Okukhethekile Okungangeni Moya & Ukuhlanganiswa Kophahla

Ukugcinwa kukagesi we-biogas kufuna ukuqonda okuthuthukisiwe kwezindaba zegesi ezicindezelwe kancane. Izinkampani ezihamba phambili zokukhiqiza azinikezi nje izikhumba zensimbi; ziklanyela izinhlelo zokugcina ezihlanganisiwe, ezingavimbeli igesi.
● Izinhlelo ze-Gasket ezisebenza kakhulu: Ithangi le-biogas elihamba phambili lisebenzisa izinhlelo ezikhethekile ze-elastomeric ezenziwe ngobunhloli (njenge-EPDM ephezulu noma ama-Viton formulations) eziklanyelwe ngokukhethekile ukumelana nokungena kwe-methane (CH4), ukubola kwamakhemikhali kusuka kuma-fatty acids anamafutha, kanye namazinga okushisa aphezulu e-headspace.
● Izinhlelo Zophahla Oluhlanganisiwe: Izinkampani ezihamba phambili zakha futhi zenze izimpahla ezikhethekile zamathangi eziklanyelwe imisebenzi ye-biogas. Lokhu kufaka phakathi izibambi zegesi ezinezendlalelo ezimbili ezihlanganisiwe (ezisebenza njengezikhala zegesi ezihlanganisiwe ngqo phezu kwesihlungi), uphahla olwakhiwe nge-Glass-Fused-to-Steel, noma uphahla olufakwe uvolo oluhlome ngamalungelo akhethekile okukhulula ingcindezi/i-vacuum (ama-PVRV) ukuze kulawulwe ngokuphepha ukushintshashintsha kwevolumu yokukhiqiza igesi.

3. Ukuqinisekiswa Kwekhwalithi Okujwayelekile: Ukuhlolwa Kwe-Holiday Okungu-1500V+

Inkampani ehamba phambili ekwenzeni amathangi okugcina i-biogas ayikaze ishiye ukulawulwa kwekhwalithi yopende ekuhlolweni okubonakalayo noma ukuthatha amasampula angahleliwe. Ngoba umfantu omncane ongabonakali noma imbobo kungadala ukuthi insimbi engaphansi ibe sezindabeni zamakhemikhali e-biogas anolaka futhi kubangele ukwehluleka ngaphambi kwesikhathi noma ukubalekela igesi, abakhiqizi abaphezulu banquma inqubo yokuhlola yefekthri engu-100% engonakalisi.
